Il y a de cela 10 ans et demi j'étais hospitalisée d'urgence, réanimée par les pompiers, j'ouvrais les yeux dans une clinique dans laquelle je fut interdite de sortir tant que je 'avais pas retrouvé un poids minimal, cela faisait + de trois mois que je n'avais pas mangé...: je faisais ce que l on appelle une anorexie réactionnelle : je m'en suis sortie,

MAIS VOILA qui dit réactionnelle : dit cause ! les medecins psychiatres de l'époque ont traité l'anorexie sans en traiter la cause!
Me voici 10 ans après : CRAC cela fait un an que je lutte contre cet état qui me handicape, petit a petit j'ai été emprisonnée dans ma tête: à ce jour je ne peux plus sortir de chez moi, je souffre d'une agoraphobe très prononcée, Je suis suivie par une psychologue, en lien avec un psychiatre, j'ai découvert que j'étais dans le déni total, j'avais minimisé les faits et même normalisé le traumatisme(frappée et violées régulièrement par son conjoint) que j'avais subit durant trois années de ma vie à 18 ans! je suis en Etat de Stress Post Traumatique qui génère un Trouble de l'Anxieté Généralisé dont l'un des symptômes est l'agoraphobie je viens écrire ce soir afin de "témoigner" mais aussi dans le but de peut être avoir un échange avec des personnes etant ou qui furent dans le même cas que moi (agoraphobie)Merci de vtre écoute et BON COURAGE

Je viens de lire ton message en naviguant sur internet à la recherche d'informations sur le traitement de l'agoraphobie. Je n'ai pas subi de violences conjugales, mais j'ai fait une anorexie (moins grave que toi, je pense, car je n'ai pas été hospitalisée) et je lutte aujourd'hui contre l'agoraphobie. J'aimerais bien en parler avec toi, si tu veux. -
